- Uploaded content: images and files you submit for translation. Originals are used solely for translation and are automatically deleted 48 hours after processing.
- Payment information: billing details processed through our payment provider (we do not store credit card information).

We use collected information to: provide the translation Service, process payments, send service notifications (task completion, file expiry reminders), communicate important updates, and improve Service quality. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
- Creem: Payment processing. Creem collects and processes payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
- Resend: Email delivery for notifications and verification codes. Resend processes email data per their privacy policy (resend.com/privacy).
- Waffo Pancake: Payment processing. Waffo collects and processes payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
Uploaded files and translation results are automatically deleted after 48 hours. Account information is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (login session) and language preference. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
