MangaOCR operates on a page-based system. Each page of manga translated consumes one page from your balance. Pages can be obtained through free daily allowances, promotional credits, or purchased page packs and subscriptions.
If a page fails to translate (OCR failure, translation error, or rendering error), the consumed page is automatically refunded to your balance. You may retry failed pages; if the retry also fails, the page is refunded again (maximum 2 retries per page).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days in the current period. Unused monthly page allowances do not roll over.
Purchased page packs are non-refundable once any pages from the pack have been consumed. If you have not used any pages from a recently purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support.
Pages that fail to translate are automatically refunded to your account. If you have concerns about translation quality, please contact support@mangaocr.com within 48 hours of translation completion and describe the issue. We will review each case individually and issue a credit to your account.
